  • Manage the tasks and communication for the team, as well as design the game and produce art assets for use in the game.

Fast Ferrets Media | Rochester, NY

Fast Ferrets

April 2014 – Present 

  • "Fast Ferrets" is an original idea designed by myself and my team of two other RIT students. This game is intended to promote Marshall Pet Products Inc. and boost ferret and ferret product sales. This project is a 2D racing game for mobile made in C# in Unity.

  • Managed a team by coordinating meetings and producing emails, as well as being an integral part of the game design process. 

  • Created art assets with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

 

RIT School of Interactive Games and Media Center | Rochester, NY

Defense of the Commons ­

Summer 2013, January 2014 – May 2014

  • Under the supervision of a professor, this game project was designed to teach the dilemma known as “tragedy of the commons”, using the accessibility of mobile networking to interact with online players.

  • Was part of the initial game design process, and helped to design the theme and gameplay.· Designed and produced art assets using Adobe Photoshop for use in game.

Memento ­

June 2013 – October 2013

  • “Memento” is a narrative-driven game meant to encourage players to think more cautiously about the consequences of pulling the trigger.

  • Contributed to the art direction and game design; produced concept art and art assets using Adobe Photoshop for use in the game.

 

Energy Drive ­

June 2012 – March 2013

  • Based on Blind Horizon Studios’ original game, “Us Saving Billions”, which was designed with the intent to make players think about the pros and cons of clean energy. “Energy Drive” was developed by interns from Massachusetts Digital Games Institute and Blind Horizon Studios.

  • Created art assets for the graphical user interface and background. Used Adobe Photoshop for all assets.

  • Contributed to ongoing game design for "Energy Drive".

RIT Rugby Football Club

Player, Founder (Womens), President (Spring 2012 - Spring 2013)

September 2010 - Present

  • Participated in practice sessions and events held by the men's team during my freshman year.

  • Filled out paperwork, went to meetings, and held events to form the women's team during my sophomore year.

  • Singlehandedly ran the growing women's team until Spring 2012 when an executive board was formed.

  • Managed the team, players, paperwork, and events with help from the e-board.

  • Actively attended Fall and Spring practice sessions.
