Fast Ferrets

Producer, Art, Game Design, Programming

April 2014 - June 2015

Fast Ferrets began as a product that was commissioned by a pet retail company in April 2014. The purpose was to encourage the game's audience to have an interest in ferrets. I was the first person on the project, and then found two other RIT Game Design and Development students to help me work on it, creating the team of three.

Fast Ferrets is a platform-racing game developed for mobile phones. The player races against three computer players, attempting to place first as well as collect the most coins. In this game, the player can customize his racer, and can collect coins or purshase other customization assets from the in-game store. This game is expected to arrive on Google Play around April 1st of this year.

This game is now available to play on the Google Play Store! It will be made available to play on iOS devices soon.

My Role:

I lead the team as the head of design and art, as well as acted as communicator and coordinator for team meetings. I also dipped into the code side of things and worked on UI and user experience.

Due to the nature of this project, source code samples/project access can be made available upon request.
